John Hayes, Owner
John leads our team in building quality decks, additions, remodels & more at the lake. He has exceptional experience in operations, organization, safety and amazing customer service (he’s received numerous awards). John believes in doing things right and taking pride in your work. He loves a job well done and a good joke at the end of the day.
John was excited to move from Texas to the lake to be closer to family. He loves the lake, meeting new people and enjoying an occasional boat ride. He volunteers with our local Boy Scouts of America and teaches the Home Repair merit badge.
Fun Facts: John loves watching Mythbusters reruns with his son and superhero shows with his daughter. He played football in the Georgia Dome and is proud to be 23% American Indian (Menominee).
Amanda Hayes, Owner
Amanda handles the office work and provides 3-D renderings for clients when vision is needed prior to project start. She’s also an accomplished Professional Genealogist, having worked on many interesting projects, including guest genealogist for PBS Houston Public Media.
Amanda loves being involved in the community and serves as Vice President for the Camdenton Area Chamber of Commerce, President for the Lake Ozark Rotary-Noon, Board Member of Camdenton Memorial-Lake Regional Airport, Andrey’s Platoon and Executive Board Member of Great Rivers Council-Boy Scouts of America.
She serves on multiple committees in the community including the Lake of the Ozarks Air Show. Her favorite thing to do is go on adventures with her kids.
Fun Fact: Amanda has logged 10 hours with her Dad flying the P-51 Mustang Miss America. She loves the outdoors as did her 8x great-grandfather Daniel Boone.
